Ingredients:
- 200g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 200g egg noodles
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until they are deeply caramelized (about 20-25 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add the remaining butter to the skillet, then add the mushrooms and garlic. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and golden.
- Return the caramelized onions and beef to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until the noodles are well coated and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
