Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef (you can also use a mix of ground beef and pork for extra flavor)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 hoagie rolls or sandwich buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions:
