#### Ingredients:
– 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
– 3 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
#### Instructions:
1. **Prepare Ingredients:**
– Shred the cabbage.
– Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
– Mince the garlic and chop the onion.
2. **Cook the Eggs:**
– Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
– Add the beaten eggs and scramble until just cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
