Ingredients:
- 1 lb seafood mix (shrimp, crab, and white fish, finely chopped or processed)
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped seafood, spinach, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
