### Orange Mimosa Floats Recipe
#### Ingredients:
– 1 pint vanilla ice cream
– 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (or store-bought, if preferred)
– 1 bottle of champagne or prosecco
– Orange slices, for garnish
– Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
#### Instructions:
1. **Chill the Glasses:**
– Place your serving glasses in the freezer for about 15 minutes to get them nice and frosty.
2. **Prepare the Floats:**
– Remove the glasses from the freezer.
– Add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream to each glass.
3. **Add Orange Juice:**
– Pour the freshly squeezed orange juice over the ice cream. Fill each glass about halfway.
4. **Top with Champagne:**
– Slowly pour the champagne or prosecco into the glasses, filling them up to the top. Be careful as it may foam up.
5. **Garnish and Serve:**
– Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
– Serve immediately with a straw and a spoon.
