Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:

Instructions:
Meatballs:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then set them aside.
Sauce:
